Bangalore?s traffic often confused our minds. Traffic jams are a big problem for daily commuters. Needless to say, delivery men in Bangalore also have to deal with this problem every day for hours at a stretch to deliver orders to customers? doorsteps. Considering the daily hustle and bustle of hour-long traffic and the scorching audition, a Swiggy delivery agent in the capital of Karnataka decided to reallocate his order to someone else. Interestingly, instead of canceling the order or giving it to someone from the same delivery company, this agent used the Dunzo delivery app. Incredible, right?

A Twitter user revealed the entire incident by sharing a chat screenshot where his friend opened up the details with him. According to the cat, the delivery guy was too ?lazy? to pick up the order. The cat said, ?I ordered a coffee on Swiggy at CCD. The delivery man picked it up but was too lazy to come and deliver it here. Then he wrote in all caps, ?So he sent it to me Dunzo.? To add to the surprise, the Swiggy agent called the customer to let them know about the delivery and also asked for a 5 star rating.

The post resulted in several hilarious comments on the social media platform.

For many users, this was just another Silicon Valley incident.

Referring to Dunzo?s growing popularity, one person asked if the delivery app transports humans from home to office, as Ola and Uber charge a high price.

Another curious mind also pondered the possibility of Dunzo?s delivery agent sub-delegating him to another department.

One of the users claimed that Zomato and Swiggy have been using Dunzo for a while and it has caused a lot of trouble. While Swiggy may soon look into the matter, the incident has caused a lot of laughs.
