Slack is raising prices and making major changes to its free plan

Slack has made some major changes to its free plan and raised prices in September. This is the first price increase since Slack was launched in 2014, but it only affects users of Slack?s ?Pro? plan. Slack has also made major changes to its free plan. Currently, the free Slack server shows the latest 10,000 messages and up to 5GB of uploaded content. Starting September 1st, Slack will change this to show messages and uploads for the last 90 days.
